This was a funny interview. Goldberg knows that the more ridiculous and outrageous your books are the more the attention they grab, and therefore they sell more. Ann Coulter is the queen of extreme rightwing trash. No one should ever be taking this stuff seriously, and I recommend that no one ever buy their books - for that will only promote these idiots to take advantage of their lunacy.
Finally, though, Jon Stewart did a wonderful job of squashing Goldberg's hopes of self-promotion thoroughly - I don't think anyone who saw the show would go buy the book :)
yep.. I just watched it. It was pretty funny. As raahy said, the more outrageous the titles of the books - the more they sell. Titles like Dumb White Men etc. are really meant to grab attention - once you see the title - you just pick it up and watch a lot of onesided trash about somebody - not really giving the objective opinion on the matter.
As raahy said, I don't think anyone who saw the show would have bought that book either - after Jon Stewart took Goldberg apart like that.
